I am originally a Palestinian citizen and was
residing in the Palestinian city of
Nablus until three years ago.. I moved
to Amman in Jordan to be reunited with the
rest of my family like so many Palestinian families who left their country and
dispersed all over the neighborhood trying to escape from the Israeli occupation
and its own violent practices so as to live and pursue businesses in a much
safer environment..
I got a Degree of Associate in Arts from
Bir-Zeit college situated in a countryside near Nablus, and an additional
Diploma in business Administration from England.
My last job in
Nablus
was as research assistant in one of research & studies centers which aimed at
conducting researches, studies, seminar reports and dialogue series. This work
opened new intellectual and expressional prospects for me.
Since early days of the Israeli occupation, I witnessed its repressive practices, which tried relentlessly to transmit the people's lives into hell and make them lack the most basic human rights. The punitive measures like demolishing of houses and imposing curfews, arresting and assassinating people on the mere suspicion of illegal activities, the killing innocent women and children etc. are some but not all.

My start with writing was in the daily newspapers here. As for my Novel (Love & Bridges), the idea of publishing it persisted after I started realizing that the snips I had already written sum up my perception that "life is really a roll coaster.. it doesn't go in one direction all the time, it keeps changing paths & taking different routs, and man is the deterministic result of the life he, or his ancestors, went through".
